We conducted a phenome-wide association study (PheWAS) of 1.6 million structural variants (SVs) identified in whole-genome sequencing (WGS) data from 467,152 UK Biobank (UKB) participants. We performed both single SV and rare SV collapsing analyses across 13,322 binary traits, 2,018 quantitative phenotypes and 2,923 plasma protein levels. Only SVs identified in at least 5 samples were included in the variant-level analysis. All genomic coordinates are based on GRCh38.
